Animals Homeward Bound is offering a special adoption program for seniors (over 65). We have a
few special senior cats who are looking for that special home where they can enjoy their
retirement.

Studies have shown time and again the benefits that companion animals have on our lives;
particularly in enhancing and even extending the lives of seniors. Worries about being able to take
care of the animal due to financial restraints sometimes prevents the adoption of these wonderful
companion animals by seniors on a fixed income. This program is designed to help seniors who
otherwise would not have a companion animal.

Animals Homeward Bound is offering the senior cats on this page the opportunity to be adopted by
a senior citizen worry-free! The shelter will waive the adoption fee and provide medical care and
medicine through the Rockwood Vet Clinic for the remainder of the cat's life as long as the senior
owns the cat.
